Each tee box has space for a tradeshow booth (up to 40x40)

Benefits:

• Social media mentions, logo and website in print programs, inclusion in 
• an overview of your hole activity Deadline for inclusion is April 1, 2026
• Hosts must serve food and beverages 
  • bring food and/or beverage samples/snacks for 186 golfers
  • if you want to include volunteers samples for 225 people
• Hosts have 2-3 minutes with each sixsome to showcase their business
• Your sponsorship will include: 1* 6-foot table, 2 chairs
  • We recommend having a pop-up tent or sunshade at your hole If you don't have your own branded tent, one may be rented for $100.00 + GST.
  • This includes delivery, set up and take down of tent. MUST BE PRE ORDERED through us by June 1, 2026
• Added opportunity: Provide prizes or auction items
  • Prizing could be an individual prize for a draw
    • Or a team prize - six items the same
  • Prizes will be awarded at the dinner after the golf tournament
  • Your company logo will be shown on big screens, with a photo of your prize
  • Emcee will mention your name and prize
  • Photo op with your prize and the winner
  • Online Auctions for added recognition
  • Donate an auction item for the live auction
