GOLFER INFORMATION:

2027 finds us at the beautiful Tsawwassen Springs golf course, where 29 teams of six (6) golfers take to the links on Monday, July 26, 2027 https://www.tsawwassensprings.ca

This fast paced and fun sixsome scramble format brings in low team scores. Six tee shots! Six chances of making that eagle putt. The drama. The laughs. The Groans. All included

Foursome registration fees are $2000 plus each golfer is asked to bring a $25 gift card. Early bird rates payable by April 30, 2027. Sponsor foursomes will be coupled with 2 BC Lions Alumni to complete the team of six (6).

INCLUDES: 18 holes of golf, shared power cart, on course activities, food and beverage samples, lunch kit sponsored by Big Star Sandwich, buffet dinner PLUS two tickets, per golfer, to a BC Lions home - details coming soon. Red zone seating, dedicated section for the BCLAA golfers, sponsors and volunteers.

ABOUT THE GIFT CARD DRAW: The $25 Gift Cards may be from any retailer – easy to use across BC (or Canada). The gift cards are divided into four (4) packages. Two lucky winners will each win back ¼ of the donated cards (by a draw). The other two packages start the live auction on Monday, July 26, 2027. All the details at this link.

PARKING AND BAG DROP INSTRUCTIONS: Drive into Tsawwassen Springs, free parking underground, park, bring clubs up to cart staging area, place golf clubs on your power cart.

About the BC Lions Alumni Association

The BCLAA was founded in 1985 by a small group of passionate alumni and our membership has continued to grow.

We host social and volunteer events for all alumni to keep connected, critical for well-being, as regular, meaningful interaction directly combats feelings of loneliness and social isolation, boosts mental and physical health, and provides a sense of belonging and purpose.

We also proudly host the BC Lions Alumni Golf Tournament each summer in support of the BC Lions Alumni Development Fund.

The charitable funds are used to offer comradery and support to former players or families in need, to promote worthwhile causes in British Columbia, and to assist in the development of BC amateur football.
